Return Policy

At Fireball, we strive to offer products of the highest quality. However, we understand that issues may arise. Therefore, we have established the following return policy:

Return Conditions:

• We only accept returns if the product has arrived in poor condition.
• No exchanges or returns will be accepted for other reasons.

Return Process:

• If your product has arrived in poor condition, please follow these steps:

Send the paddle to our headquarters at the following address:

Include a note with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. We advise you to make a video recording of the unpacking process to prove that the paddle has arrived in poor condition.

Once we receive and verify the condition of the product, we will proceed to send you a replacement or issue the corresponding refund.

Return Period:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

Shipping Costs:

• The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the buyer.
